With St. Louis, Pujols was a three-time National League (NL) Most Valuable Player (MVP) (2005, 2008, 2009) and nine-time All-Star (2001, 2003–2010). After joining the Angels in 2012, he made one All-Star appearance, in 2015. After returning to the St Louis Cardinals in 2022, he was chosen for the All-Star game as a legacy selection by the MLB Commissioner in honor of his career achievements. He is considered one of the greatest players of all time. Pujols is an 11x All Star, 2x World Series Champion (2006, 2011), & 3x NL Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 2005, 2008, & 2009. He has won 2 Gold Gloves, 6 Silver Slugger Awards and was the NL Rookie Of The Year (ROY) in 2001. Albert will likely be a 1st ballot Hall Of Fame inductee.
